Game Supervisor & Locker Room Monitor Requirements

Updated 9/25/19

Game Supervisor (home games only): must be Safe Sport and Background Check certified, cannot be on the bench during the game, responsible for identifying the Locker Room Monitors for each team.

Locker Room Monitor (both home and away games): need only one, not two, must be Safe Sport and Background Check certified, cannot be on the bench during the game, and must be someone other than Game Supervisor. The Locker Room Monitor must always be in the locker room if a player is in the locker room, and therefore, must get to the rink early. NOTE: you should never be alone with a player in the locker room, so if there is only one player in the locker room, you should always get another adult (any adult is fine, doesn’t need to be USAH certified for this purpose), to join you in the locker room.
